Symptom
Not able to delete, modify/update other user accounts though the account performing the operation has System Admin Privilege.
Error :
Service Account could not be deleted at this time. Please contact your Prisma Cloud support team.

Cause
当HTTP PUT 和 DELETE 选项被用户防火墙阻止时，可能会发生此问题。
在执行操作时收集并检查 HAR 文件时，可以看到这些HTTP OPTIONS 出现 403 Forbidden Response。如网络捕获中显示的 HAR 文件中所示。
- PUT OPTION阻止（停止用户帐户更新）
- 删除区块
Resolution
- 用户可以在关闭VPN后或从个人机器上尝试相同的操作。目的是绕过公司防火墙或代理，看看是否成功。
- 然后，用户必须排除用户端防火墙或代理的故障，以消除阻止。
