Objective
How to eliminate error Applying the license would exceed the maximum virtual system count and activate VSYS license.
Environment
Customer Support Portal and Firewall dashboard
Procedure
If you cannot activate your VSYS license because of the following error message, contact support, create a case under Administrative Tasks and Services tab.
'Applying the license would exceed the maximum virtual system count'
In the case description provide the following information:
- the device serial number
- the VSYS authorization code
- the Order Summary of the VSYS license
- the screenshot of the error
