Question


  • Why do I have an error reselecting repositories on Code Security with Azure Repos integration?

  • Prisma Cloud Enterprise Edition
  • Prisma Cloud Code Security
    • Repositories
      • Azure Repos

Answer


  • The error occurs because "Web Socket Secure (WSS) " is blocked on the user's environment. Please have the user whitelist WSS on their network by contacting their firewall teams.

  • Error message seen "Failed to fetch repositories, please click on 'Previous' and try to integrate again." ( See Screenshot) 
  • GUI Path: Settings > Connect Providers > Code & Build Providers > Azure Repos
