Objective


For Customer Support Portal registered user, steps showing how to subscribe if user prefers to receive content update notifications.

Procedure


One can subscribe to Content Update Email using the steps below on Customer Support Portal:

  1.  Login to https://support.paloaltonetworks.com/

  2. Go to your name (lower left corner) , then click on Preferences


  3. Select the checkbox for the desired option.


  4. Click Submit at the bottom right of the Preferences page.


It is also possible to subscribe to product related updates on https://status.paloaltonetworks.com/#

 

 

You will be able to get the same content and product updates if you subscribe via Customer Support Portal or via Status page.
