For Customer Support Portal registered user, steps showing how to subscribe if user prefers to receive content update notifications.

Procedure


One can subscribe to Content Update Email using the steps below:

- Login to https://support.paloaltonetworks.com/
- Go to your name (lower left corner) , then click on Preferences
CSP Preferences
- Select the checkbox for the desired option. In this case, to receive email notification regarding content update, select checkbox "Subscribe to Content Update Emails"
