Prisma Cloud Compute: Failed to scan images in the CI pipeline

Symptom
In the Jenkins console output the following errors are displayed.
dial tcp: i/o timeout ...[PRISMACLOUD] Scanner failed to run properly. Status: 1
twistcli version: X.X.X doesn't match Console version: X.X.X therefore build will automatically pass. To get valid results you need to download a matching version of twistcli from https://xxx.cloud.twistlock.com/aws-xxx/#!/manage/system/downloads ERROR: Timeout after 10 minutes

Cause
Compatibility issue with the Jenkins plugin version.
Resolution
Update the Jenkins plugin to be compatible with the Prisma Compute console version.
