Objective


To import a certificate to certificate management in Strata Cloud Managed to not block the traffic based on Untrusted issuer CA.

Environment


  • Prisma Access SASE
  • Certificate management


Procedure


The process is explained using an example below. 
  1. Follow the steps to download the root CA and the Intermediate Certificate from URL.

  • Click on the root Certificate Authority, export it and save it.

  • Repeat the same process for the Intermediate Certificate.
  1. Import the certificate chain:
  • Log in to the Prisma Access Cloud Management page.
  • Manage/Objects/Certificate Management/Custom Certificates.
  • Import the Root Certificate.
  • Click on it once it was imported and mark it as Trusted Root CA

  • In order to have the Intermediate Certificate inside the chain of trust, click on the Root certificate and then import the Intermediate Certificate following the same steps as before.
