"Unable to delete Logging Service certificate because customer id is unavailable" is seen

Symptom
- When performing "request logging-service-forwarding certificate delete" command, the following error is observed.
admin@PA > request logging-service-forwarding certificate delete Server error : Unable to delete Logging Service certificate because customer id is unavailable.
Environment
- PANOS-10.1 or later.
- Any PAN-OS Platform.
- Cortex Data Lake / Strata Logging Service.
Cause
Starting PAN-OS 10.1, Device certificate is used to connect to Cortex Data Lake.
Resolution
- If there's a connectivity issue between a Firewall and and Cortex Data Lake/Strata logging Service, then download a device certificate by the command below.
request certificate fetch
