How To Remove or Add Devices to Strata Cloud Manager/CDL Tenant

Objective


This article explains how to off-board or on-board devices (Firewalls/Panorama) to a tenant on the Hub.

Environment


  • Strata Cloud Manager
  • CDL Tenants
  • Tenant Service Groups (TSG)
  • TSG-aware Hub portal

Procedure


  1. Go to the Hub account, make sure you're on the TSG-aware Hub (Hub 2.0)

  1. Go to Device Association under "Common Services" on the top right corner and navigate to your tenant in the left panel
  2. To add a device, click "Add device" OR to remove a device, select the device, then click "Remove Association" on the top right corner.
