Unable to delete the predefined rule 'Block Access' under Policy Recommendations

Symptom


Unable to delete the predefined rules under Policy Recommendations in Cloud Management App or SaaS Security App in HUB. The predefined security rules do not have a "Delete" option.

Environment


  • SaaS Security

Cause


It is expected behavior. We can't delete any predefined rules. Also, any rules which are already synced to firewalls can't be disabled.

Resolution


Edit them to restore back to their original state.
