How to register PAN-PA-PAYG-E30

PAN-PA-PAYG-E30 are hosted by Palo Alto Networks and the VM information such as UUID and CPUID is already reflected in our license server. This information does not need to be used when registering the VM Instance.

To proceed in registering this Asset first login to the Customer Support Portal:

Go to Assets > Network Security.
 

 
And, select Account Actions > Activate Asset.

 
Or, use Devices
 
Go to Assets > Devices.

Click "Register New Device" button.

Enter the VM Serial Number and Location information.  

Once this is done your VM will appear in your Asset list, if the VM license are not expired you will be able to open a Support Case for your VM instance.
