Objective
- In GlobalProtect 6.0 and later, the welcome page does not open with the embedded WebView. It opens with the system default browser.
- Hence, "Do not show this again" option is not available in the welcome page.
- This article describes how to disable the welcome page in GlobalProtect App 6.0 or later on Windows.
Environment
- GlobalProtect 6.0
- Windows 10 & Windows 11
Procedure
- Enable "Do not display a welcome page upon each successful connection." option in the GlobalProtect App after the GlobalProtect App connects to a GlobalProtect Gateway.
GlobalProtect App : Menu icon > Settings > Preferences > Welcome Page > Do not display a welcome page upon each successful connection.
