Cloud Identity agent configured with proxy fails to communicate

Symptom
- The communication fails only when a proxy is configured on the Cloud Identity Agent application per the Admin Guide.
- Direct or system-wide proxy communication is successful.
- Cloud Identity Engine Directory Sync status is “Sync failed”.
- Errors found by the CloudAgentDebug.log (Steps to collect):
WinHttpSendRequest failed with 12007 Application failed with error: 0 Failed to upgrade to websocket
Environment
- Cloud Identity agent version 1.7.1
Resolution
Install the latest Cloud Identity Agent version (1.8.0 or above)
