SCEP Zertifikat kann nicht generiert werden, Abruf der CA Zertifikatsnummer fehlgeschlagen

Symptom
- Wenn dies fehlschlägt, wird ein Fenster mit der Meldung „ SCEP Zertifikat kann nicht generiert werden, Abrufen des CA Zertifikats fehlgeschlagen“ angezeigt.
- Unter sslmgr- Protokollen mit aktiviertem Debug sehen wir „/usr/bin/sscep: falscher (oder fehlender) MIME-Inhaltstyp“

- Windows Server
Cause
- Das Problem lag daran, dass die anonyme Authentifizierung im IIS-Manager deaktiviert war.
