Unable to export predefined URL Filtering response page from Panorama

Symptom


  • Trying to export a predefine URL filtering response page on Panorama.
  • This is done under GUI: Device > Response Page as explained in Customize the URL Filtering Response Pages.
  • There is no predefined page listed, and unable to export anything

     

Environment


  • Panorama
  • Supported PAN-OS
  • Response Pages
  • URL Filtering

Resolution


  1. The predefined response pages are not included in Panorama.
  2. If one wants the custom pages pushed from Panorama,
    • export the predefined page from one of the firewalls,
    • customize the response page
    • Then import that into Panorama.
  3. A feature request for this has been raised with FR ID: 12111. Reach out to account team for any assistance on the feature request.
