To Guide Firewall Device Name change in the Strata Logging Service > Inventory > Firewalls Dashboard
Environment

Procedure
The Strata Logging Service Inventory Dashboard receives the firewall's Hostname information from the Customer Support Portal (CSP). So, to reflect the hostname as configured in the Firewall, we have to change the Device Name in the CSP. To change the Device Name in CSP, follow the below procedure:
- Login to the Customer Support Portal
- Go to Products > Devices
- Click on the serial number hyperlink of the Firewall Device whose name is needed to change
- Change the name in the Device Name section (and provide mandatory information if not already populated)
- Submit the change
After the Device name is changed, allow up to 24 hours to sync and check by going to Strata Logging Service > Inventory > Firewalls.
