• The config pushed from panorama, for hourlygtpsum is set to 0.5% of total allocation. This accounts for 17MB.
• The minimum expected quota for hourlygtpsum is 24MB
• Since the configured value is not meeting the minimum expected allocation, commit fails

• Increase the allocation to 1%, This increases the allocation to match the minimum expected storage of 24MB.
• Now Push from Panorama to firewall succeeds.
