Symptom


  • Panorama upgraded PAN-OS to 10.2.x
  • The shared-object push scope is shown when pushing the configuration from Panorama to the managed devices.

Environment


  • Panorama
  • PAN-OS 10.2.4 or earlier
  • Shared Objects in push scope

Cause


This cosmetic issue happens since the PAN-OS is checking for the existence of the settings under the 'shared-object' during every commit.
This issue was reported internally via .

Resolution


  1. The issue is resolved under PAN-206391 in PAN-OS 10.2.5 and later.  
  2. Upgrade to 10.2.5 or later will fix the issue.
