Symptom
- System logs (show logs system) report "fail to integrate the update of registered ip addresses" message
- Userid (less mp-log useridd.log) logs report "total number of tags exceeds the limit 32"on.

Cause
Software Issue.
Resolution
- The issue is resolved under PAN-197872 in 11.0.0,10.2.4,10.1.9 version.
- Upgrade to the fixed codes will resolve the issue.
Additional Information
Userid logs a critical system error when it finds the delta_file still present while writing to delta_file for sending the update to devsrvr. This can be a false positive when in between phase1 and phase2, the dynamic updates are received on userid.
