Objective
How to resolve issue where user is unable to view their Company's Cases in CSP?

CSP
Procedure
1. Check if you are logged in to the account that was used to open a case (if you are a member of multiple accounts).
2. Check if you have at least Standard user active membership in the CSP account.
3. If the case is still not visible for you : open Admin case with Customer Service team for assistance:
