Objective


How to find the AIOps tenant ID that is helpful for troubleshooting AIOps instance related issues

Environment


AIOps for NGFW

Procedure


  1. Go to the Hub account and click on 'AIOps for NGFW' app to show the AIOps tenants.
  2. Right click on any of the tenant and select 'Copy Link Address' option.

  1. Paste the link in a text file to find the tenant ID and CSP ID. (See example below)
https://aiops-ngfw.paloaltonetworks.com/?tenantId=1231234123412341234&cspId=123456
  1. In the above URL, Tenant ID = 1231234123412341234

Note: While providing the Tenant ID for troubleshooting a Support case, it's preferred to share the entire URL
