How to transfer a Deployment Profile between Credit Pools in Customer Support Portal (CSP)

Objective
Transferring Current Deployment profiles or Expired Deployment Profiles between Credit Pools of the same CSP account.
Environment
Customer Support Portal (CSP)

Procedure
Steps to transfer Current Deployment profile between Credit Pools of the same CSP account.
1. Go to Assets >> Software NGFW Credits >> verify appropriate credit pool ID on the Software NGFW Credits Dashboard >> Click on the Details tab
2. On the far right of the Deployment Profile that you would like to transfer, click the vertical ellipsis (More Options) >> Select Transfer Profile
3. Select the target Credit Pool and click Transfer
Steps to transfer Expired Deployment profile between Credit Pools of the same CSP account.
1. Go to Assets >> Software NGFW Credits >> verify appropriate credit pool ID on the Software NGFW Credits Dashboard >> Click on the Details tab
2. On the far right of the Expired Deployment Profile that you would like to transfer, click the vertical ellipsis (More Options) >> Select Transfer Profile
3. Select the target Credit Pool Name and click Transfer
Additional Information
- Note, that the transfer is only possible if the target Credit Pool has more credits available than what your Deployment Profile consumes
- VMs will move with their Deployment Profile between Credit Pools
- The VMs will pick up the expiration date of the target Credit Pool
