Symptom
1.尝试下载和安装新的内容更新时，出现以下错误 GUI
Failed to update content with following message: cp: cannot stat 'global/2.1.0/global_app.xml': No such file or directory cp: cannot stat 'global/2.1.0/global_threat.xml': No such file or directory rm: cannot remove '/opt/pancfg/mgmt/updates/oldav/cache/*': No such file or directory rpm/pubkeys/*.key
2. 如果内容文件是从Panorama到防火墙。
Environment
- 任何独立和Panorama-管理防火墙
Cause
当内容缓存中存在临时异常时会出现此错误firewall.
Resolution
运行以下命令以清除旧缓存中的firewall并重建内容数据库
>delete content cache old-content >debug swm rebuild-content-DB
NOTE: 这不会对通过的流量有任何影响firewall.
