Permissions needed for Panoram VMWare NSX plugin to communicate with NSX-T Manager

Symptom
When trying to configure Panorama to communicate with the NSX manager, you may have an issue with it not connecting.
Environment
Panorama with the VMWare NSX Plugin and attempting to connect to the VMWare NSX Manager.
Cause
Permissions are wrong.
Resolution
The issue could be related to permissions. The permissions needed to communicate with the NSX manager is the Enterprise Administrator.
(Please note: These permissions are provided by VMWare and not Palo Alto Networks so we don't have what permissions that are included with this. Cx will need to reach out to VMWare for this information.)
