pan_http2_alloc() a échoué lors de l’accès à des sites Web pendant les heures de travail

• Les utilisateurs ne peuvent accéder à aucun site Web.
• Les « HTTP2_Protocol_Error » sont présents dans les journaux de la console Web Inspector.
• Le problème n’est pas observé avec peu d’utilisateurs.
• Le problème n’est présent que lorsque l’option « Supprimer ALPN » est désactivée

• PAN-OS 10.2.2 et 10.2.3
• Le déchiffrement est activé ou le proxy d’URL est configuré pour afficher les pages de réponse aux requêtes HTTPS

1. Pour contourner ce problème, activez « Strip-ALPN » dans la stratégie de déchiffrement pour arrêter l’utilisation de HTTP2.
2. Pour un correctif permanent, mettez à niveau le système d’exploitation PAN-OS vers la version 10.2.4, 11.0.1 ou supérieure. Le problème a été résolu sous le document PAN-206005
