Symptom
- After upgrading Panorama to 10.2, following error message seen during commit even though valid Support exists.
Environment
- Prisma Access (Panorama Managed)
- Panorama 10.2
Cause
- Due to legacy licenses installed on Panorama.
For ex: "GlobalProtect Cloud Service for Mobile Users", "GlobalProtect Cloud Service for Remote Networks"

Resolution
Delete licenses/certificate and re-fetch them.
- > delete license key <all license keys>
- > request plugins cloud_services panorama-certificate delete
- > request license fetch
- > debug plugins cloud_services reset-endpoint
- Generate OTP KEY in Customer Support Portal
- > request plugins cloud_services panorama-certificate fetch otp <Paste OTP KEY from CSP>
- Perform the commit
- Verify PAE licenses.
