Can I use the same name when creating a new Deployment Profile?

Answer
The name used for a Deployment profile must be unique in our system - not just within the CSP account. It cannot be re-used.
If you get the response that the Deployment profile name is already in use, it means that another customer is using that same name for another profile.
If you delete a Deployment profile, it will not be allowed to use that same name again when you re-create the Deployment profile.
