Commit to Mobile Users fails due to an error "Failed to process the onboarding collect of sites. Please try again after sometime."

Symptom


Commit job to Mobile Users fails with the following error in "Job Details".
Failed to process the onboarding collect of sites. Please try again after sometime.
SASE Portal : Manage > Service Setup > Overview > Push Config > Jobs > commit job ID
Job details to Mobile Users Gateway

Environment


  • Prisma Access (Cloud Management)
  • GlobalProtect Gateway (for prisma access only)
  • Mobile Users

Cause


This error is caused by the configuration of Client IP Pool that is less than 512 IP addresses. 

Resolution


  1. Increase Client IP Pool to 512 IP addresses (Step 8) or greater.
  2. Commit the configuration changes.

Additional Information


  • Both Cloud managed and Panorama managed Prisma Access have the same behavior for mobile user IP pools.
