Which device models are not compatible with the Advanced URL trial license or Threat Prevention trial license or Advanced Wildfire trial license?

Answer

● Advanced URL trial license
Advanced URL filtering service is only available on firewalls operating PAN-OS 9.0 and later, with the installation of content release 8390-6607 and later. Certain Next-Generation Firewall models do not support PAN-OS 9.0 and later, therefore you will not be able to activate ADVURL trial license on them.
This table shows the PAN-OS® releases supported for each of the Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewall.

● Advanced Wildfire trial license
Advanced Wildfire trial license is not compatible with Palo Alto legacy VM`s (for example VM-50, VM-100 and VM-300 etc.)

**Please note that Advanced Licenses are not compatible with Palo Alto legacy VM`s (for example VM-50, VM-100 and VM-300 etc.). The service is only available on our Software NGFW models (VMs that are registered against Software NGFW credits).

● Threat Prevention trial license
Threat Prevention trial license is specifically not compatible for model: PAN-PA-5420-AC, PAN-PA-5410-AC.
