On PA-5450 with Jumbo frame enabled, pings do not work beyond size 1910

Symptom
- Jumbo frame is enabled on the Firewall at GUI: Device > Setup > Session >Session Settings > Enable Jumbo Frame support
- Even with this setting enabled, Packets size above 1911 are dropped.

Environment
- Palo Alto PA-5450 Firewall
- PAN-OS 10.1.6-h3
Cause
Software Issue.
Resolution
- The issue is fixed under PAN-196953 in PAN-OS 10.1.7 and 10.2.3 versions.
- Upgrade to the fixed versions will resolve the issue.
