Environment
- VM series firewalls
- PAN-OS 10.1.x and 10.2.x
Cause
This is due to defective a code of CPU usage calculation. Hence this is a cosmetic issue.
Resolution
- Software issue fixed under PAN-191390 in PAN-OS 10.1.9 and 10.2.4.
- If needed upgrade will clear the issue.
