Symptom
- Upgrade of GlobalProtect client in transparent mode.
- The following popup window appears and it cannot be closed.
Global Protect agent upgrade is in progress.
Please wait, application will restart once the upgrade is complete.Environment
- Global Protect Agent (App)
- Supported App Versions
- GlobalProtect (GP) upgrade set as Transparent mode.
Resolution
This behavior is as expected and the message is displayed till the upgrade is completed.
