Cortex XDR Activation Error "You don't have permissions to view this page"

• You are not a member of the Customer Support Portal (CSP) account that the inactive XDR Tenant is linked to

• You are a member of the account but you don`t have the required Super User permission to activate the Tenant, and you do not have the Cortex User role in CSP. 

Make sure that you are a Super User of the CSP account that the inactive XDR Tenant is linked to. Make sure you also have the Cortex User role in CSP. 
If you need access to the account or if you need your user permissions to be changed, reach out to the current account Super User(s) for further assistance. If you don`t know who the current account Super User is, open an Admin case with us.
