  • Is the Service Connection name editable once it is configured?

  • Prisma Access Cloud Managed

Answer


  1. Once the  Service Connections (SC) and Remote Networks (RN) are configured, their names are not editable.
  2. This applies to both Panorama Managed and Cloud Managed Prisma Access environments.

Additional Information


  • If it requires to change the name of the RN or SC, we need to redeploy them.
  • Redeployment needs downtime and the service IP for the tunnel might change from Active to Reserved IP.
