Objective


To provide a guideline to configure VPN split tunneling for Microsoft Teams for Prisma Access. 

 

Environment


  • Prisma Access
  • GlobalProtect

Procedure


To configure VPN split tunneling for Microsoft Teams, Refer to the IP subnets and domains stated in Microsoft's Office 365 URLs and IP address ranges
  1. Create Address objects for the mentioned IP subnets.
  • Navigate to: Manage > Configuration > Objects > Addresses
  1. Add the new Address objects to GlobalProtect tunnel under "route".
  • Navigate to: Manage > Service Setup > GlobalProtect > GlobalProtect App > <Tunnel object>
  • Under Exclude Traffic, click + beside "Route".
  1. Save changes.
