Cause


Exporting policy with non-English description to PDF format is not supported.
 

Resolution


  1. Exporting policy with non-English description to PDF format, this is not supported.
  2. For exporting policy with non-English description to CSV format, upgrade to 10.2.4, 10.1.9 or higher which addresses PAN-196840.
