Symptom

Environment

Cause
- If the Azure Service key has certain characters missing or reformatted (eg. during transit if shared by email), it can lead to this error.
Resolution
- Ensure the Azure Service key entered stays in the correct JSON format.
- You can save the Credentials JSON body (including the brackets {}) as a file and use it in the Service Key field.
