How to Access Tenant ID Information when Opening a CASB Cross-Platform Support Case.

Objective


In order to expedite and streamline the support process, it is recommended that customers include their tenant ID when opening a support case for CASB Cross-Platform. The article provides information on how to include tenant ID.

Environment


  • Prisma Access
  • Tenant ID
  • CASB-X  (Cloud Access Security Broker- Cross Platform)


Procedure


There are 3 ways to obtain tenant ID depending on the products customer is using:
  1. SASE portal

Go to tenant management, select the proper tenant, select action > product information.
Use the copy button to paste all the information to the support ticket. See screenshots below.

 






 

 

  1. For Cloud Managed Prisma Access 

Log on to "apps.paloaltonetworks.com", locate Prisma Access, product information.
Copy and paste will yield the same information as above, which include tenant ID.

 





 


 

  1. For Panorama managed Prisma Access

Under panorama > cloud services > status, open CDL status to reveal tenant ID.
