Symptom
Prisma Cloud is missing from Apps Portal for user despite having the necessary roles, how to resolve this issue?
Environment
https://apps.paloaltonetworks.com/apps
Resolution
Despite having the necessary roles users are unable to view Prisma Cloud tenants associated with their accounts in the Apps Portal. One way to resolve this issue is to have an existing System Admin user remove and re-add the impacted user by logging into Prisma Cloud and navigating to Settings > Roles:
