Objective


When trying to remove user from Customer Support Portal an error is received; 'Unexpected connection error, Please try again later?'.

How can this issue be resolved?

 

Procedure


This issue is caused by an error in the backend, if this error is received when trying to remove a user please open a ticket via the Customer Support Portal and the Developers/Operations Team and we will work to fix this backend error and resolve this issue, allowing users to be removed from the Members List within the Support Portal.
