Panorama configuration are not in sync :- Out-of-sync Reason: Version mismatch with Peer for VMS

• Panorama HA shows the running configuration is not synchronized.
• Out-of-sync Reason: Version mismatch with Peer for VMS.

• Panorama in Active/Passive HA cluster.
• Supported PAN-OS versions.
• VM series plugin.

• VM_series plugin is installed in one of the firewall units but not in other OR
• Different versions of VM_series plugin installed in an HA pair.

1. Upgrade/Downgrade both active/passive Panorama nodes with the same VMS plugin version. Refer to Install the VM Plugin on Panorama .
2. If the plugin is not needed then delete it from CLI:

admin@PAN> request plugins delete-package <name of plugin>
admin@PAN> configure
admin@PAN#commit force
