What is a Prisma Cloud access token and where can it be found?

Answer
The Prisma Cloud Access Token is required to pull Prisma Cloud images from Palo Alto Networks private registry. The access token is included in the license information email you get together with the welcome email. Check your Spam folder if you do not get the email.
For the Prisma Cloud license renewal, we send the access token 72 hours before the renewal license kicks in to the contact person on the license contract. Is the contact person not available? Contact Support .
The Prisma Cloud serial number will not change with the renewal.
