Objective
While creating an AIOPs instance, please always make sure to link the CORTEX DATA LAKE instance.
The CORTEX DATA LAKE filed is not mandatory while creating an AIOps instance, and is sometime left blank
Environment
- Palo Alto Next Generation Firewall running PAN-OS 10.0 or later
- CORTEX DATA LAKE subscription
- AIOps for NGFW license
Procedure
1. From your HUB top page, click gear icon on the top right corner of the screen and select "Manage Apps".
2. In Manage Apps, check if a CORTEX DATA LAKE instance is linked to the AIOps instance you created.
3. If there is no CORTEX DATA LAKE instance linked to the AIOps instance, click the AIOps instance name, and select CORTEX DATA LAKE instance from pull down.
4. Click OK.
5. AIOps should start retrieving data from CORTEX DATA LAKE.
Additional Information
While creating an AIOps instance from Hub, CORTEX DATA LAKE filed is not mandatory.
Without linking the CORTEX DATA LAKE instance to the AIOps instance, there is no data populated on AIOps.
