Question


Can I transfer a VM between VM-Flex (Software NGFW Credits) Deployment Profiles?

Answer


Transferring a VM between Deployment Profiles is a deactivation - activation task. 
1. Deactivate the license on your VM. 
2. Make sure the VM dashboard > General information page shows 'Unknown' at the Serial number

3. Register the VM with the same UUID and CPUID against the selected Deployment Profile.
