File Blocking fails to block the configured file types.

Decryption Policy not configured for HTTPS websites.

1. Enabling SSL Decryption when configuring File blocking on HTTPS websites.
2. Refer to the File Blocking documentation.

To confirm if the traffic was decrypted,  check the logs for "Decrypted" column under GUI: Monitor > Logs > Traffic page.
