Commit failure with "Error: APP '<APP_NAME>' has conflict definition"

• Commit job is fails with the following message.

Validation Error:
shared -> application -> <APP_NAME> '<APP_NAME>' is already in use
shared -> application is invalid
Error: APP '<APP_NAME>' has conflict definition

• <APP_NAME> is corresponding to the name of the custom Application configured in the device.

• Any PAN-OS versions
• Any Firewall models
• Custom Application

1. This  issue is found when the user creates a Custom Application that has the same name as the pre-defined Application.
2. Check  if  the name assigned to the new custom Application is not duplicated with the existing Application Names.
