Objective


How to identify the power supply failure on an ION device?
 

Environment


  • Prisma SD-WAN
  • ION 7000 & ION 9000
  • Power Supply
  • Alarms

Procedure


  1. Login to Prisma SDWAN Portal
  2. Navigate to Events > Alarms
  3. Either Scroll through the alarms or use the filter icon on the right side to select "Code" to  "DeviceHW_Power_Lost" to display only the power supply alarms. 
  4. The alarm for Power Loss is displayed.

  1. Engage the TAC engineer RMA for the faulty Power Supply.
