Does the PaloAlto firewall support the installation of AWS SSM?

  • VM-Series Firewall
  • Supported PAN-OS
  • AWS Systems Manager (AWS SSM)

Answer


  1. AWS SSM Agent is not supported on PAN Firewalls at the moment.
  2. VM-series firewall is a hardened virtual appliance and does not support third-party agent/tool to be installed on the firewall.
