Symptom
On endpoints running GlobalProtect 5.2.8, 透明升级 is failing with the error below:
Uninstallation not allowed, please contact your IT administrator!Environment

Cause
- 当 GlobalProtect Portals Agent App 选项卡下的“ 允许用户卸载 GlobalProtect App ”选项设置为禁止，而最终用户尝试手动卸载 GP App 时，通常会出现此错误。
- 虽然该设置不会影响透明升级，但由于GPC-13093导致出现该问题。
Resolution
以下选项之一可以解决该问题。
- 将允许用户卸载 GlobalProtect 应用程序设置为“允许”。
- 将 GP 升级到 5.2.9。此版本修复了GPC-13093 。
