Unable to submit the SCIM setting with the error 'Failed getting connection; pool exhausted'

Symptom
- Fill the required fields in CIE App > Directory Sync > Directories > Cloud Directory > Set Up > SCIM
- After clicking the 'Submit' button, message 'Failed getting connection; pool exhausted.' is displayed.
Environment
- Cloud Identify Engine (CIE)
- System for Cross-Domain Identity Management (SCIM)
- SCIM Connector for CIE
Resolution
Collect a .har file during the issue and open a case with Support.
