Symptom


  • Fill the required fields in CIE App > Directory Sync > Directories > Cloud Directory > Set Up > SCIM
  • After clicking the 'Submit' button, message 'Failed getting connection; pool exhausted.' is displayed.

  • Cloud Identify Engine (CIE)
  • System for Cross-Domain Identity Management (SCIM
  • SCIM Connector for CIE 


Resolution


Collect a .har file during the issue and open a case with Support.
